The quotation form emails your contact details, description, optional address, planning and attachments to our team. The website and originating page are included to give context to your enquiry. Attachments are processed temporarily and are not published as downloadable files. This website keeps no separate customer database.
Security and address lookup
The form uses a temporary functional session cookie, a verification token and limits on submission attempts. A protected hash of the IP address is used for the limit; counter entries expire after an hour. The hosting provider may keep technical logs. Postcode and house-number lookup uses PDOK; you can also enter or correct the street and town yourself.
Retention and your questions
Enquiry details are used to reply and prepare a possible assignment. Information is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, work, warranty or applicable record-keeping duties.
